Turn snitch and get rich: Texas teen gives his own dad in to the FBI, pays his way through college

RT – A Texas teenager has turned his father in to the FBI for taking part in the Capitol Hill riot, and pocketed tens of thousands of dollars from liberal admirers in the process.

When Jackson Reffitt’s father returned to the family home in Wylie, Texas, after the pro-Trump riot on Capitol Hill earlier this month, Jackson claimed that he warned his son to keep his mouth shut. “If you turn me in, you’re a traitor,” he reportedly said. “And you know what happens to traitors. Traitors get shot.”

However, Jackson had already reported the 48-year-old Guy Reffitt to the FBI, telling agents he thought his father was planning “something big” during the certification of election results at the capitol, per a New York Times article on Sunday. After the riot, Reffitt was identified in video footage from the Capitol, tracked down in Texas, and arrested, according to a sworn affidavit by an FBI agent.

Guy Reffitt was charged with obstruction of justice and of knowingly entering a restricted building, though he claims he never actually entered the Capitol. Jackson Reffitt left his family home, and has since become something of a celebrity.

Turning in his father landed Reffitt interviews with CNN, Fox and the New York Times, with the CNN interview the first his family heard about his contact with the FBI. “My mom and my sisters are absolutely ruined about the news from what I did,” Reffitt tweeted on Saturday.

Apparently encouraged by his supporters, Reffitt set up a crowdfunding campaign, and after raising the donation limit several times has netted just under $87,000 in less than three days. This amount has paid for his university tuition, repaired his car, and purchased his dental insurance, Reffitt wrote on GoFundMe.

Praise has poured in from liberals, who applauded Reffitt’s “bravery” in snitching on his own father.

Merck Scraps COVID Vaccines; Says It’s More Effective To Get The Virus And Recover

Infowars – Vaccine manufacturer Merck has abandoned development of two coronavirus vaccines, saying that after extensive research it was concluded that the shots offered less protection than just contracting the virus itself and developing antibodies.

The company announced that the shots V590 and V591 were ‘well tolerated’ by test patients, however they generated an ‘inferior’ immune system response in comparison with natural infection.

The company stated that instead it will focus on research into therapeutic drugs labeled as MK-7110 and MK-4482.

The drugs aim to protect patients from the damage of an overactive immune response to the virus.

“Interim results from a Phase 3 study showed a greater than 50 percent reduction in the risk of death or respiratory failure in patients hospitalized with moderate to severe COVID-19,” the company’s statement noted of the MK-7110 drug.

Merck is to receive around $356 million from the US government to fast-track production of the potential treatments under Operation Warp Speed.

Chief Marketing Officer Michael Nally recently told Bloomberg that Merck is aiming to produce some 20 million courses of the MK-4482 drug, an oral antiviral which patients will take twice a day for five days.

Meanwhile, in related news, German scientists have claimed that the UK Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine is less than 8% effective in over 65s, prompting the vaccine developers to hit back, rubbishing the claims.

The German media published the claims, alleging it had been ‘confirmed’ by ‘multiple’ unnamed senior German government sources.

UK government ministers have suggested that the claim could be related to the ongoing dispute over delivery of the vaccine between the European Union and AstraZeneca.

The EU, which is yet to approve the vaccine, has threatened to block exports of shots to Britain, in a move that has been branded ‘spiteful’ by British government sources.

In an effort to make sure its member states get their ‘fair share’ of vaccines, the EU has also threatened to block the delivery of Pfizer vaccines to the UK, demanding that drug companies provide detailed information on when they plan to export Covid jabs to countries outside the bloc.

Dr. Anthony Fauci: The Highest Paid Employee In The Entire U.S. Federal Government

Forbes – Dr. Anthony Fauci made $417,608 in 2019, the latest year for which federal salaries are available. That made him not only the highest paid doctor in the federal government, but the highest paid out of all four million federal employees.

In fact, Dr. Fauci even made more than the $400,000 salary of the President of the United States. All salary data was collected by OpenTheBooks.com via Freedom of Information Act requests.

Only federal employees whose salaries were funded by taxpayers were included in the study. Therefore, Tennessee Valley Authority CEO Jeffrey Lyash— whose salary is paid by revenues of the corporation (owned by the federal government) — was not included.

$2.5 million. That’s how much Dr. Fauci, Director of the National Institute for Health’s (NIH) National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and current Chief Medical Advisor to the President, will make in salary from 2019 through 2024, if he stays in his post through the end of the current Administration, and doesn’t (or didn’t already) get a raise.

In a ten-year period between 2010 and 2019, Fauci made $3.6 million in salary. Since 2014, Fauci’s pay increased from $335,000 to the current $417,608.

Budweiser Joins Coke, Pepsi Brands In Sitting Out Super Bowl

AP – For the first time since 1983, when Anheuser-Busch used all of its ad time to introduce a beer called Bud Light, the beer giant isn’t advertising its iconic Budweiser brand during the Super Bowl. Instead, it’s donating the money it would have spent on the ad to coronavirus vaccination awareness efforts.

Anheuser-Busch still has four minutes of advertising during the game for its other brands including Bud Light, Bud Light Seltzer Lemonade, Michelob Ultra and Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer. Those are some of its hottest sellers, particularly among younger viewers.

But the decision to not do an anthemic Budweiser ad — which over nearly four decades has made American icons of frogs chirping “Budweiser,” guys screaming “Whassup!”, and of course the Budweiser Clydesdales — showcases the caution with which some advertisers are approaching the first COVID-era Super Bowl.

“We have a pandemic that is casting a pall over just about everything,” said Paul Argenti, Dartmouth College professor of corporate communication. “It’s hard to feel the exuberance and excitement people normally would.”

The Anheuser-Busch move follows a similar announcement from PepsiCo., which won’t be advertising its biggest brand, Pepsi, in order to focus on its sponsorship of the the halftime show. (It will be advertising Mountain Dew and Frito-Lay products). Other veteran Super Bowl advertisers like Coke, Audi and Avocados from Mexico are sitting out the game altogether.

These big-brand absences are just one more way Super Bowl LV will look very different from previous years. Attendance at the game will be limited to 22,000 people, about a third of the more than 65,890 capacity of Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. And Super Bowl parties will be more likely to be smaller affairs with pods or families.

“I think the advertisers are correctly picking up on this being a riskier year for the Super Bowl,” said Charles Taylor, marketing professor at Villanova University. “With COVID and economic uncertainty, people aren’t necessarily in the best mood to begin with. There’s a risk associated with messages that are potentially too light. … At the same time, there’s risk associated with doing anything too somber.”

The pandemic has cut sharply into sales for many Super Bowl advertisers. With pricey ads costing an estimated $5.5 million for 30 seconds during the Feb. 7 broadcast on CBS, some may have decided it’s not worth it this year. Coca-Cola, for example, has been hard hit since half of its sales come from stadiums, movie theaters and other usually crowded places that have been closed during the pandemic. It announced layoffs in December, and said it said it wouldn’t advertise this year to ensure it’s “investing in the right resources during these unprecedented times.”

When Fascism Comes, It Will Be Wearing a Mask

written by ron paul – Almost immediately after his inauguration, President Joe Biden began creating new government dictates via executive orders. Many of these executive orders concern coronavirus, fulfilling Biden’s promise to make ramping up a coronavirus-inspired attack on liberty a focus of his first 100 days.

One of Biden’s executive orders imposes mask and social distancing mandates on anyone in a federal building or on federal land. The mandates also apply to federal employees when they are “on-duty” anywhere. Members of the military are included in the definition of federal employees. Will citizens of Afghanistan, Iraq, and other countries where US troops are or will be “spreading democracy” be happy to learn the troops shooting up their towns are wearing masks and practicing social distancing?

Another one of Biden’s executive orders forces passengers on airplanes, trains, and other public transportation to wear masks.

Biden’s mask mandates contradict his pledge to follow the science. Studies have not established that masks are effective at preventing the spread of coronavirus. Regularly wearing a mask, though, can cause health problems.

Biden’s mask mandates are also an unconstitutional power grab. Some say these mandates are an exercise of the federal government’s constitutional authority to regulate interstate commerce. However, the Constitution gives Congress, not the president, the power to regulate interstate commerce. The president does not have the authority to issue executive orders regulating interstate commerce absent authorization by a valid law passed by Congress. The Founders gave Congress sole law-making authority, and they would be horrified by the modern practice of presidents creating law with a “stroke of a pen.”

Just as important, the Commerce Clause was not intended to give the federal government vast regulatory power. Far from giving the US government powers such as the power to require people to wear masks, the Commerce Clause was simply intended to ensure Congress could protect free trade among the states.

Biden also signed an executive order supporting using the Defense Production Act to increase the supply of vaccines, testing supplies, and other items deemed essential to respond to coronavirus. The Defense Production Act is a Cold War relic that gives the president what can fairly be called dictatorial authority to order private businesses to alter their production plans, and violate existing contracts with private customers, in order to produce goods for the government.

Mask and social distancing mandates, government control of private industry, and some of Biden’s other executive actions, such as one creating a new “Public Health Jobs Corps” with responsibilities including performing “contact tracing” on American citizens, are the type of actions one would expect from a fascist government, not a constitutional republic.

Joe Biden, who is heralded by many of his supporters as saving democracy from fascist Trump, could not even wait one day before beginning to implement fascistic measures that are completely unnecessary to protect public health. Biden will no doubt use other manufactured crises, including “climate change” and “domestic terrorism,” to expand government power and further restrict our liberty. Under Biden, fascism will not just carry an American flag. It will also wear a mask.

MITT ROMNEY CLAIMS ‘TRUTH AND JUSTICE’ REQUIRE SENATE TO HOLD IMPEACHMENT TRIAL AGAINST TRUMP

The Blaze – Republican Sen. Mitt Romney (Utah) claimed Sunday that the Senate will conduct a second impeachment trial against now-former President Donald Trump in order to uphold “truth and justice.”

What did Romney say?

Speaking on “Fox News Sunday,” Romney told show host Chris Wallace that an impeachment trial is necessary to hold Trump accountable for the deadly violence at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, as well as his controversial call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

In fact, Romney said “truth and justice” demand another trial.

“Well, we’re certainly going to have a trial. I wish that weren’t necessary, but the president’s conduct with regards to the call to Secretary of State Raffensperger in Georgia as well as the incitation towards the insurrection that led to the attack on the Capitol call for a trial,” Romney said.

“And, you know, if we’re going to have unity in our country, I think it’s important to recognize the need for accountability, for truth and justice,” the Utah senator added.

Romney, of course, did not reveal how he would vote during the trial. But Romney did say that the article of impeachment passed by the House two weeks ago “suggests impeachable conduct.”

“I will do my best as a Senate juror to apply justice as well as I can understand it,” Romney promised.

Romney went on to say:

I think it’s pretty clear that over the last year or so there has been an effort to corrupt the election in the United States. It was not by President Biden, it was by President Trump. That corruption we saw with regards to the conduct in Ukraine, as well as the call to Secretary of State Raffensperger, as well as the incitation to insurrection. This is obviously very serious and an attack on the very foundation of our democracy and is something which has to be considered and resolved.

Biden Repeals Trump Ban On Military Funding For Sex Reassignment Surgeries

Daily Wire – President Joe Biden repealed a Trump-era executive order barring people who identify as transgender from serving in the military in most cases, as well as preventing military funding from paying for sex reassignment surgeries.

Biden’s executive order, which the White House announced on Monday morning, rescinds one Trump issued in 2017 and implemented in 2019.

“Allowing all qualified Americans to serve their country in uniform is better for the military and better for the country because an inclusive force is a more effective force,” the White House said in a statement, according to Axios. “Simply put, it’s the right thing to do and is in our national interest.”

The new executive order comes after the Senate confirmed Biden’s pick to lead the Department of Defense, retired Gen. Lloyd Austin, last week in a 93-2 vote. Austin was sworn into office on Friday, making him the first black man to hold the position of Secretary of Defense. During his confirmation hearing, Austin voiced support for rescinding the Trump administration ban on transgender people serving in the military.

“If you’re fit and you’re qualified to serve and you can maintain the standards, you should be allowed to serve and you can expect that I will support that throughout,” Austin said.

Biden Working To Replace Andrew Jackson With Harriet Tubman On $20 Bill

Daily Wire – President Joe Biden has had a busy first week, signing a couple dozen executive orders, but he was able to make some time to mull who’s on the $20 bill.

Biden is working to replace the bill’s portrait of Andrew Jackson, the seventh president of the United States, with Harriet Tubman, an American abolitionist and political activist who helped run the Underground Railroad that helped slaves get to free states.

The Obama administration first announced a move to replace Jackson in 2016 with a plan to unveil the new bills in 2020, but during the 2016 presidential campaign, former President Donald Trump criticized the plan to replace his political hero on the bill (for his four years in office, Trump had a portrait of Jackson on the Oval Office wall, which has since been removed).

“Andrew Jackson had a great history,” Trump said in 2016, “and I think it’s very rough when you take somebody off the bill.” He also said putting Tubman on the bill was “pure political correctness.”

Jen Psaki, Biden’s press secretary, on Monday said, “I was here when we announced that, and it was very exciting, but it hasn’t moved forward yet, which we would have been surprised to learn at the time.”

‘With This Win, We Can Move Forward‘: McConnell Says Eliminating Filibuster Is Dead

Daily Wire – On Monday night, GOP Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell declared that his battle to keep the Senate filibuster in place had been won.

McConnell released a statement reading:

Today, two Democratic Senators publicly confirmed they will not vote to end the legislative filibuster. They agree with President Biden’s and my view that no Senate majority should destroy the right of future minorities of both parties to help shape legislation. The legislative filibuster was a key part of the foundation beneath the Senate’s last 50-50 power-sharing agreement in 2001. With these assurance, I look forward to moving ahead with a power-sharing agreement modeled on that precedent.

On Monday, The Washington Post reported that Arizona Democratic Sen. Krysten Sinema revealed that, like fellow Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin, she would not vote to end the Senate filibuster:

Sen. Joe Manchin III (D-W.Va.) has been the most outspoken Democratic opponent of changing Senate rules and has sought to assemble a bipartisan cadre of centrist senators willing to hammer out deals across the aisle. But other Democrats are similarly resistant. A spokeswoman for Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (Ariz.) said the senator is “against eliminating the filibuster, and she is not open to changing her mind about eliminating the filibuster.”

Meanwhile, other Democratic senators, including Jon Tester (Mont.), have also signaled support for the status quo while hinting that GOP stonewalling could change their minds.

The Post also notes that Biden, who has long stood by the filibuster, said in July that he would “take a look” at eliminating it, “depend[ing] on how obstreperous [Republicans] become.”

Eric Holder Urges Dems To Pack The Supreme Court

Daily Wire – Former Attorney General Eric Holder urged Democrats to “use the power” of their U.S. Senate majority to pack the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary.

“It is painfully clear Democrats and progressives are uncomfortable with the acquisition and use of power, while Republicans and conservatives never have been,” Holder said during a virtual conference on judicial reform hosted by the Brookings Institution. “Our courts badly need reforms.”

“The Republicans have abused their power to give themselves an unfair advantage,” Holder later added. “It is necessary and totally appropriate to add seats.”

Holder has been an advocate for court-packing for quite some time. In 2019, for instance, he said during a discussion at Yale Law National Security Group that the next Democrat president should pack the court.

“In response to a question, Attorney General Holder said that given the unfairness, unprecedented obstruction, and disregard of historical precedent by [Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans, when Democrats retake the majority they should consider expanding the Supreme Court to restore adherence to previously accepted norms for judicial nominations,” said Patrick Rodenbush, spokesperson for the National Democratic Redistricting Committee.

Senate to Vote on Whether Trump Can Be Tried

Newsmax – The Senate will vote Tuesday on whether former President Donald Trump can be tried after leaving office. The U.S. House’s single article of impeachment against Trump for inciting the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol was delivered Monday.

Senators to Vote Whether Trial Is Constitutional

GOP Senator John Barrasso, a member of Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s leadership team, said the Senate will hold a Republican-backed vote Tuesday on whether it’s constitutional to hold an impeachment trial of a former president.

“There will be a vote today on the floor of the Senate in terms of whether this should even move forward,” the Wyoming lawmaker said Tuesday morning on “The Hugh Hewitt Show.”

A notice to senators from Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin early Tuesday morning said Senator Rand Paul, a Kentucky Republican, has reserved floor time to debate the matter and that he could force a vote on a “point of order” shortly after senators are sworn in as jurors in Trump’s impeachment trial at 2:30 p.m. Such a vote would almost certainly fail but would be an early test of Republican sentiment.

Trump Forms Office of the Former President in Florida

Newsmax – Former President Donald Trump created an official post-presidency office Monday in his first public step toward future moves.

The Office of the Former President was established in Palm Beach County, Florida, according to a statement from the office, The Hill reports.

The new “office will be responsible for managing President Trump’s correspondence, public statements, appearances, and official activities to advance the interests of the United States and to carry on the agenda of the Trump administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism,” according to a statement

“President Trump will always and forever be a champion for the American People,” the release added.

On Friday, Trump said, “We’ll do something, but not just yet,” when a reporter asked about his plans.

Trump left Washington, D.C., for his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach on Wednesday morning, shortly before President Joe Biden was sworn into office.

The former president has been suspended permanently from Twitter and banned or restricted by other major social media platforms in the wake of the Jan. 6 riot of the U.S. Capitol.

Former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale created a new email distribution system via one of his private companies to distribute Trump’s statements because the 2020 campaign’s email infrastructure has been suspended by vendor Campaign Monitor, according to two people familiar with the matter, Bloomberg News reports.

200 House Republicans Press Congressional Leaders to Protect Hyde Amendment Blocking Tax Dollars for Abortions

Breitbart – An astounding 200 House Republicans have signed onto a letter from Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) to congressional leaders asking them to protect the Hyde Amendment, which bars federal tax dollars from being used to conduct abortions.

The Republican House members wrote to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, House GOP leader Kevin McCarthy, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell:

We write to express our unified opposition to Congressional Democrats’ efforts to repeal the Hyde Amendment and other current-law, pro-life appropriations provisions. As part of their pro-abortion crusade, Democrats have taken direct aim at these long-standing bipartisan protections that generally prevent the federal government from using taxpayer dollars to support abortion procedures. Repealing these pro-life provisions would destroy nearly half a century of bipartisan consensus. Each year since 1976, Congress has included Hyde protections in annually enacted appropriations. No president in American history has ever vetoed an appropriations bill due to its inclusion of the Hyde Amendment. Moreover, President Obama maintained the Hyde Amendment in each of his budget proposals. As recent as June 2019, former Vice President Joe Biden supported the Hyde Amendment and acknowledged that it works harmoniously with federal funding for women’s healthcare.

The letter continues by noting that the public, based on polling, is on the side of the Republicans on this matter and that the Hyde Amendment since its inception in the mid-1970s has protected millions of lives from abortions funded by taxpayers. The letter continues:

Years of public polling indicates that repealing the Hyde Amendment is opposed by most of the American public. Congressional Democrats now seek to further erode public trust in government by ignoring mainstream public opinion in favor of placating the radical Left. The Hyde Amendment alone has saved the lives of over 2 million innocent babies and continues to protect the conscience rights of a vast majority of Americans opposed to publicly funded abortions. We cannot allow the Hyde Amendment and other important pro-life safeguards to be decimated by Congressional Democrats. Accordingly, we pledge to vote against any government funding bill that eliminates or weakens the Hyde Amendment or other current-law, pro-life appropriations provisions.

Banks is the chairman of the Republican Study Committee (RSC), the largest group of House conservatives inside the GOP conference. This is his first major initiative as RSC chairman, a position so influential it is considered informally to be a member of the GOP leadership team, and the fact he accumulated so many signatures—several of which came from members outside the RSC—is a sign of how aggressive Republicans will be on this fight. Banks told Breitbart News exclusively regarding this effort to protect the Hyde Amendment that the strong showing of support—nearly the entire GOP conference, 200 total House members—on this letter is a sign that the Hyde Amendment won’t go down without a fight.

“This letter sends a strong signal to congressional leadership—conservatives won’t be backing down,” Banks told Breitbart News. “We will unite against attacks by the radical left to transform America, and that includes forcing pro-life Americans to pay for abortions.”

What’s more, while McCarthy himself is not one of the signers of the letter, since it is addressed to him and other leaders, his office confirmed to Breitbart News he is supportive of the message contained within it and has made that point clear in recent weeks.

The mere fact that this many Republicans have signed onto this letter demonstrates how unified Republicans are against eliminating Hyde Amendment protections. There are 211 House Republicans in total, and with McCarthy, who is also supportive on this, that means only 10 Republicans did not sign the letter.

But it also means that the Democrats’ push, led by House Appropriations Committee chairwoman Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT), to repeal the Hyde Amendment will not be easy.

DeLauro has been pushing to remove the Hyde Amendment from government funding bills during Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration, holding a hearing on it in December at which she attacked the Hyde Amendment using arguments pushed by radical leftists like those at Planned Parenthood.

Twitter Encourages Users to Snitch on Each Other with ‘Birdwatch’ Feature

Breitbart – Social media giant Twitter has announced a new feature called “Birdwatch” which aims to encourage users to police and flag each other’s tweets if they believe they spread misinformation. The company claims it wants to “broaden the range of voices” fighting against misinformation, but the feature has the potential to devolve into flagging wars between different factions of users.

In a recent blog post, Twitter announced a new feature on its site called “Birdwatch,” which allows users to add notes with “helpful context” to tweets that they believe are misleading. To participate, users must have certain information on file with Twitter such as their phone number, ostensibly to prove the account belongs to a real person.

Twitter stated in the blog post that it wants to apply labels and context to Tweets but doesn’t want to “limit efforts to circumstances where something breaks our rules or receives widespread public attention.” The company also said that it wants to “broaden the range of voices”  that are tackling misinformation.

The company explained how the feature will work, writing:

Birdwatch allows people to identify information in Tweets they believe is misleading and write notes that provide informative context. We believe this approach has the potential to respond quickly when misleading information spreads, adding context that people trust and find valuable. Eventually we aim to make notes visible directly on Tweets for the global Twitter audience, when there is consensus from a broad and diverse set of contributors.

In this first phase of the pilot, notes will only be visible on a separate Birdwatch site. On this site, pilot participants can also rate the helpfulness of notes added by other contributors. These notes are being intentionally kept separate from Twitter for now, while we build Birdwatch and gain confidence that it produces context people find helpful and appropriate. Additionally, notes will not have an effect on the way people see Tweets or our system recommendations.

Twitter stated that it has conducted “more than 100 qualitative interviews with individuals across the political spectrum who use Twitter,” and has received “broad general support” for the Birdwatch program.

The company stated that all data contributed to Birdwatch will be available to download and that it will update a public “Birdwatch Guide” that users can review. Twitter also stated that it’s embedding a member of the University of Chicago’s Center for RISC on the Birdwatch team.

US Diet Advice Still Wrong

Alliance for Natural Health – The newest Dietary Guidelines for Americans continue to get it wrong—and show how the government is undermining its own recommendations. Action Alert!

The newest iteration of the government’s Dietary Guidelines repeat a number of the mistakes of previous guidelines, particularly regarding saturated fat and added sugars. The guidelines do note the importance of dietary supplements (though the government’s idea of adequate leaves much to be desired). However, what isn’t mentioned is that, while the guidelines recommend supplements for certain age groups and populations, the FDA is working on its “new supplement” guidance that threatens thousands of products on the market. Fixing this guidance is a crucial component of our legislative goals.

The guidelines note that vitamin D supplementation may be necessary, though government recommendations are 600 IU for most people and 800 IU per day for those over 75—nowhere near enough to achieve optimal levels of vitamin D recommended by integrative experts. Elsewhere there are recommendations for infants to take vitamin D and in some cases for pregnant mothers and young children to supplement with B12.

The guidelines barely scratch the surface of the importance of dietary supplements. Americans are deficient in many micronutrients. Research shows that micronutrient inadequacies may impact long-term health, increasing risk for chronic diseases like cancer, cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

Despite the dietary guidelines noting (however insufficiently) the importance of dietary supplements, the FDA is working to undermine our access to these crucial health products. This stems from the new dietary ingredient guidance.

According to the 1994 Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act, any dietary supplement introduced to the market after 1994 is considered “new” (an NDI) and the manufacturer must notify the FDA in advance of plans to market the product. The problem is that the FDA is using this to create a drug-like pre-approval system for supplements that experts have estimated will result in the elimination of tens of thousands of supplements.

Part of the issue is that the FDA is adopting a broad definition of an NDI and thus expanding the number of supplements that will be subject to these procedures. For example, supplements that have not been “chemically altered” are not required to comply with these procedures; but the FDA is adopting an expansive definition of what it means to be “chemically altered” such that almost all modern supplements would probably qualify and thus be subject to NDI requirements.

There are further problems. If a drug company files an investigational new drug (IND) application on a dietary ingredient before an NDI notification has been filed on that ingredient, the drug company can petition the FDA to ban the supplement—even if no drug ever comes to market. This has already happened and could happen to many more supplements.

As we’ve been telling you over the last few weeks, we’re working on a landmark legislative proposal that fixes this and many other problems in our healthcare system. It addresses the issues mentioned above by:

  • Clarifying definitions in the NDI guidance to appropriately reduce the number of ingredients that qualify as “new supplements.”
  • Creating an expiration date on INDs.
  • Eliminating the market exclusivity for INDs when filed on supplements already on the market.

53 Dead in Gibraltar in 10 Days After Experimental Pfizer mRNA COVID Injections Started

Dr. Leonard Coldwell – Gibraltar is a British Colony at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula attached to the country of Spain. It’s population is just over 30,000 people, and it is best known for its huge “rock,” the “Rock of Gibraltar.”

I have been contacted by residents in Gibraltar stating that 53 people have died in 10 days immediately following the roll out of injections of the Pfizer mRNA COVID injections, and calling it a “massacre.”

Local media reports confirm the deaths, but blame them on COVID, and not the COVID injections.

However, prior to the roll out of the injections, it is reported that only 16 people in total died “from COVID” since the beginning of the “pandemic” about a year ago.

A Kevin Rushworth reported:

Tiny Gibraltar Shines Huge Light on Vaccine Deaths

Ever since the epidemic began, sorting genuine Covid deaths from others has been a major issue. Now we have the added problem of vaccines in the mix. The UK now allegedly has the highest daily “Covid death” rate ever. Even higher than the “First Wave,” in spite of the substantial degree of herd immunity that has inevitably accrued since the beginning. This atypical “Second Wave” coincides with the vaccine roll-out. Are the two connected?

Gibraltar, normally called simply “Gib,” provides a very clear picture. This tiny British Colony, barely three miles long, appended to the South coast of Spain, has only 32,000 residents. It had suffered relatively little from the epidemic before the 9th January this year, with only seventeen deaths for the whole period. The death rate was well down the Deaths per Million League Table. This was not due to isolation, since Spanish workers have continued to pour into Gib every morning, and back out every evening.

Since the 9th January “Covid deaths” per million have rocketed to Third Place on the Worldometer site. Thirty-six more deaths in little over a week. What changed on the Ninth? The RAF flew in nearly 6,000 Pfizer vaccines, cooled to -70C by dry ice. They were put to use quickly to avoid the risk of degradation. Tiny Gibraltar is like a petri dish; in no other place has there been such a brutally clear relationship between vaccine roll-out and increased “Covid deaths.” Local media and Government have not even referred to the obvious connection. And media elsewhere has conveniently not noticed. Yet failing to recognise that these deaths demand, at the very least, immediate investigation, requires a criminal failure of judgement.

I cannot find the original source of this quote, but local media reports seem to confirm that the deaths occurred after the experimental Pfizer mRNA injection program started.

13 people died the first weekend, most of them elderly, and 27 the first week, as per local media sources.
