China’s Combative Nationalists See a World Turning Their Way

DNYUZ – In one Beijing artist’s recent depiction of the world in 2098, China is a high-tech superpower and the United States is humbled. Americans have embraced communism and Manhattan, draped with the hammer-and-sickle flags of the “People’s Union of America,” has become a quaint tourist precinct.

This triumphant vision has resonated among Chinese. The sci-fi digital illustrations by the artist, Fan Wennan, caught fire on Chinese social media in recent months, reflecting a resurgent nationalism. China’s authoritarian system, proponents say, is not just different from the West’s democracies, it is also proving itself superior. It is a long-running theme, but China’s success against the pandemic has given it a sharp boost.

“America isn’t that heavenly kingdom depicted since decades ago,” said Mr. Fan, who is in his early twenties. “There’s nothing special about it. If you have to say there’s anything special about it now, it’s how messed up it can be at times.”

China’s Communist Party, under its leader, Xi Jinping, has promoted the idea that the country is on a trajectory to power past Western rivals.

China stamped out the coronavirus, the messaging goes, with a resolve beyond the reach of flailing Western democracies. Beijing has rolled out homegrown vaccines to more than a million people, despite the safety concerns of scientists. China’s economy has revived, defying fears of a deep slump from the pandemic.

“In this fight against the pandemic, there will be victorious powers and defeated ones,” Wang Xiangsui, a retired Chinese senior colonel who teaches at a university in Beijing, averred this month. “We’re a victor power, while the United States is still mired and, I think, may well become a defeated power.”

Tighter COVID restrictions imposed in London as infections surge

Reuters – London will move into England’s highest tier of COVID-19 restrictions, the government said on Monday, citing an exponential rise in infection rates as one of the world’s richest cities struggles to contain the disease.Health Secretary Matt Hancock also said more than 1,000 cases of a new variant of the coronavirus had been identified, mainly in southeast England where the variant may be associated with a rapid rise in infection levels.

“Over the last week, we’ve seen very sharp, exponential rises in the virus across London, Kent, parts of Essex and Hertfordshire,” Hancock told the House of Commons in a statement, referring to counties near London.

“We do not know the extent to which this is because of the new variant, but no matter its cause, we have to take swift and decisive action,” he said, announcing that the entire capital and some neighbouring areas would go into “High Alert” level.

Earlier this month, the government implemented a three-tiered system of restrictions in England to try to keep a second wave of the virus under control after a month-long national lockdown. More than 40% of citizens were placed in the highest risk category.

However London, whose 9 million people and world-leading financial centre make it the engine of the British economy, is currently only in the second highest tier of restrictions.

“Digital Vaccine Passports”: Yes, Bill Gates Said That. Here’s the Proof

Global Research – Gates and his minions insist the billionaire never said we’d need digital vaccine passports. But in a June 2020 TED Talk, Gates said exactly that. Someone edited out the statement, but CHD tracked down the original.

Some chiseler altered Bill GatesJune 2020 TED Talk to edit out his revealing prediction that we will all soon need digital vaccine passports (slide 1). But after considerable effort, we tracked down the original video (slide 2).

Gates’ minions on cable and network news, his public broadcasting, social media and fact-checker toadies all now insist that Gates never said such things. They say he never intended to track and trace us with subdermal chips or injected tattoos.

They dismiss such talk as “conspiracy theories.”

Well, here it is from the horse’s mouth.

In 2019, according to a not-yet-purged Scientific American article, Gates commissioned the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to build an injectable quantum dot dye system to tattoo stored medical info beneath children’s skin. The tattoo was designed to be readable by an iPhone app.

Gates’ company, Microsoft, has patented a sinister technology that uses implanted chips with sensors that will monitor body and brain activity. It promises to reward compliant humans with crypto currency payments when they perform assigned activities.

Gates also invested approximately $20 million in MicroCHIPS, a company that makes chip-based devices, including birth-control implant chips with wireless on/off switches for remote-controlled drug-delivery by medical authorities.

In July 2019, months before the COVID pandemic, Gates bought 3.7M shares of Serco, a military contractor with U.S. and UK government contracts to track and trace pandemic infections and vaccine compliance.

To facilitate our transition to his surveillance society, Gates invested $1 billion in EarthNow, which promises to blanket the globe in 5G video surveillance satellites. EarthNow will launch 500 satellites allowing governments and large enterprises to live-stream monitor almost every “corner” of the Earth, providing instantaneous video feedback with one-second delay.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation also acquired 5.3 million shares of Crown Castle, which owns 5G spy antennas including more than 40,000 cell towers and 65,000 small cells.

Mayhem in Washington, DC, as Trump supporters, Antifa clash; at least 4 stabbed, 23 arrested

At least two D.C. police officers were hospitalized with moderate injuries, a report said

Fox – Chaos erupted in Washington, D.C., on Saturday night, hours after two pro-Trump rallies ended. Groups of Proud Boys and Antifa activists clashed under cover of darkness, with police repeatedly forcing them apart amid reports of brawls and stabbings.

At least four stabbings occurred near a bar that served as a gathering spot for the Proud Boys, according to the Washington Post. The victims were hospitalized, possibly with life-threatening injuries, a D.C. Fire Department spokesman told the newspaper.

It wasn’t immediately clear which groups the attackers and victims were affiliated with, the report said.

As of 9 p.m. ET, 23 people had been arrested, including 10 charged with misdemeanor assault, six with assaulting a police officer and four will rioting, FOX 5 of Washington reported. One suspect was carrying an illegal stun gun.

At least two D.C. police officers were hospitalized with moderate injuries, the report added.

Images and videos on social media showed demonstrators exchanging barrages of fireworks, and police intervening on several downtown streets.

After Supreme Court dismisses Texas case, Trump says his efforts to challenge election results are ‘not over’

Washington Post – President Trump signaled that he will continue to challenge the results of the 2020 election even after the electoral college meets Monday in most state capitols to cast votes solidifying Joe Biden’s victory.

In a Fox News interview that aired Sunday morning, Trump repeated his false claims of election fraud and said his legal team will continue to pursue challenges, despite the Supreme Court’s recent dismissal of a long-shot bid to overturn the results in four states Biden won.

“No, it’s not over,” Trump told host Brian Kilmeade in the interview, which was taped Saturday at the Army-Navy game at the U.S. Military Academy. “We keep going, and we’re going to continue to go forward. We have numerous local cases. We’re, you know, in some of the states that got rigged and robbed from us. We won every one of them. We won Pennsylvania. We won Michigan. We won Georgia by a lot.”

Trump’s comments came a day before electors meet in each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia to cast their ballots for president and vice president.

The electors are expected to follow the vote of their state. After voting, they must sign six certificates, one of which is submitted to the president of the Senate, currently Vice President Pence. Both chambers of Congress — the House and the Senate — will meet in joint session on Jan. 6 to officially count the votes.

In the Fox News interview, Kilmeade outlined the process and asked Trump how it affects his chances for successfully challenging the results. Trump demurred.

“I don’t know,” he said. “We’re going to speed it up as much as we can, but you can only go so fast. They give us very little time.”

Is this the end of cities in America?

The Hill – This is the year that officially ended the boom of cities that started in the 1990s. The mirage of cities buffeted by white-collar jobs and supported by wealthy citizens willing to take on just one more tax increase is officially kaput. It is easy to blame the deluge on the coronavirus, but in reality a unique combination of factors heralded the end of the growth in places like New York while introducing population booms in medium-sized cities and suburbs across specific regions of the country. Significant populations of each social class decided it was no longer worth living in major metropolitan areas.

What developed this year is a cascade of residents leaving large cities in blue states. Among the biggest losers this year, in terms of total population loss, were New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and the District of Columbia. New York lost at least 300,000 residents this year. San Francisco saw 90,000 postal changes of address out of the city, while its median apartment rent took a nosedive of 20 percent in 2020. Los Angeles recorded more than 25,000 moves out of the city, while Chicago logged over 20,000. Even the District of Columbia lost 15,000 residents. Other cities that had sustained growth in the last decade also face severe drops in interest.

Residents who fled large cities in blue states overwhelmingly relocated to red-state cities, mostly in the Sun Belt or the West outside of California. Phoenix, already booming before the coronavirus, retained its spot as the fastest growing city in the country; its metro population now displaces Boston. The other overall winners in the demographic game this year are Nashville, where home prices continue to surge while real estate inventory is down 40 percent; Las Vegas, which tempted Bay Area techies to follow the Raiders to Sin City; Charlotte, which now has a larger population than San Francisco; and the greater Charleston area, which is likely the home of Boeing’s next expansion and has benefitted from manufacturing jobs moving south.

MyPillow’s Mike Lindell Says Fox ‘In On’ Rigging 2020 Vote

Mediate – CEO of MyPillow Mike Lindell spoke to the crowd at a pro-Trump march in D.C. on Saturday, and singled out Fox News Channel as being “in on” a major conspiracy to overthrow the Donald Trump because of their having called Arizona for Joe Biden.

“We cannot give up ever on this,” said Lindell to the crowd, which in no way was giving up, being as they were in D.C. marching under the banner of “Stop the Steal” and in protest of the election results and, more recently the Supreme Court. “This is a spiritual warfare in our country and in the world.”

“This fraud is real,” he said. “It’s of epic proportions that this election was stolen.”

After several more statements along the same lines, including his frequent line about having “broken” some mysterious “algorithms,” he pointed the finger at Fox News.

“They were going for everything. They were going to take everything we had,” he said. “Why do you think Fox declared Arizona with only 14% of the vote in? They already knew what they did! They were in on it!”

Supreme Court declines to hear Kansas proof-of-citizenship voting law crafted by Kobach

Kansas City Star – The U.S. Supreme Court will not take up Kansas’ petition seeking to re-establish a voting restriction crafted by former Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach.

By denying the state’s petition, the court upheld rulings by the U.S. Court for the District of Kansas and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals that found Kansas’ proof of citizenship law to be unconstitutional.

The law, which went into effect in 2013, required prospective voters to provide a birth certificate, passport or other documentation to prove their status as citizens before they could register to vote, a measure that the law’s supporters said would prevent non-citizens from voting.

Alex Jones Says Joe Biden Will Be Removed From Office

Mediate – Right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones on Saturday, during the pro-Trump “Jericho March” in Washinton D.C., stated that President-elect Joe Biden “will be removed one way or another” from office to a fiery crowd of Trump supporters.

“And we will never recognize him. President Trump had zero connection to Russians. No proof. Four years of investigation. With the Bidens, it’s open and shut,” he continued.

The conspiracy theorist then called Biden a “globalist” before alluding to what many Twitter users found to be a threat.

“We will never back down to the Satanic pedophile, globalist New World Order and their walking-dead reanimated corpse Joe Biden, and we will never recognize him,” Jones began his rant.

“So I don’t know who’s going to The White House in 38 days, but I sure know this. Joe Biden is a globalist, and Joe Biden will be removed, one way or another!” Jones concluded.

NY ICU nurse becomes first American to receive COVID-19 vaccine

Daily Mail – The largest vaccination campaign in US history is now underway with an intensive care nurse in New York becoming the first to receive a COVID-19 shot this morning as the death toll from the virus neared 300,000.

Sandra Lindsay received the Pfizer shot at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens just before 9.30am this morning during a livestream with New York Gov Andrew Cuomo.

‘It didn’t feel any different from taking any other vaccine,’ Lindsay said. ‘I feel hopeful today, relieved. I feel like healing is coming. I hope this marks the beginning of the end of a very painful time in our history. I want to instill public confidence that the vaccine is safe.’

The first 2.9 million doses began to be shipped to distribution centers around the country on Sunday from Pfizer’s manufacturing plant in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The pharmaceutical giant said the first shipments will deliver three million doses to 64 states, US territories and major cities, as well as five federal agencies. Second and third waves of vaccine shipments were due to go out to the remaining sites on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Georgia Senate Runoffs Early Voting Begins as Requests for Mail-In Ballots Top 1 Million

WSJ – Early in-person voting began Monday in Georgia’s U.S. Senate runoffs, with both parties racing to turn out supporters for the Jan. 5 election that will determine control of the Senate.

The opening of some polling locations for voters comes as roughly 1.2 million voters already have requested absentee ballots for the runoff election, and more than 200,000 of them have returned their ballots, according to publicly available data compiled by University of Florida professor Michael McDonald at the U.S. Elections Project, as of Friday.

Absentee-ballot applications already are at about 67% of the total requests recorded in Georgia’s November election, according to Mr. McDonald’s research.

“It looks like we’re going to have a high-turnout election,” Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, said in an interview, though turnout is typically lower for runoffs than general elections. “I would encourage all the candidates to make sure that they run hard, because we don’t have a runoff after the runoff. This is it.”

With his star dimmed, California’s Newsom could face recall

AP  – California Gov. Gavin Newsom has had a rough year. The next one might be even tougher as a recall effort appears to be gaining momentum, fueled partly by outrage over the first-term Democrat dining with friends at an opulent restaurant while telling state residents to spurn social gatherings and stay home.

It’s not uncommon in California for residents to seek recalls but they rarely get on the ballot — and even fewer succeed. Several launched against Newsom faded but another attempt is drawing greater attention as his fortunes change while he enters a critical stretch in his governorship.

Newsom received high praise for his aggressive approach to the coronavirus last spring, when he issued the nation’s first statewide stay-at-home order. Now there is growing public angst over subsequent health orders that have shuttered schools and businesses and a massive unemployment benefits fraud scandal, while a public shaming continues for his ill-advised dinner at the French Laundry in Napa Valley, an establishment that features a white truffle and caviar dinner for $1,200 per person.

Report: Hunter Biden’s Attorneys Reject Cooperating with Congress

Breitbart – Congress should have been informed Hunter Biden was being investigated over his taxes before they considered whether to impeach Donald Trump, a Republican senator who has spent a year examining the business affairs of the Biden family said.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) also claimed on Saturday that Hunter’s attorneys “have refused to cooperate with the committees.”

Hunter Biden, 50, said last week the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware is investigating his “tax affairs” and he is taking the matter “very seriously” while being “confident” he handled his affairs “legally and appropriately,” as Breitbart News reported.

On Sunday Johnson, chair of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, lamented Congress was left in the dark about the tax investigation.

He said the authorities were already in possession of Hunter’s laptop, which contained emails relating to his Ukrainian business affairs, by the time the impeachment hearings began.

“I’m sympathetic for keeping investigations confidential unless there’s an indictment,” Johnson told Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures.

“But when you’re talking about investigations within the political realm, particularly one that would have affected the impeachment trial of the sitting U.S. president in the U.S. Senate, that should have been relevant information, the fact that they had Hunter Biden’s computer that had all these emails back in December 2019.

Distress looms over U.S. commercial real estate in 2021

Market Watch – The world may remember 2020 as the year “normal life” was torn up by the coronavirus pandemic.

But for many owners of U.S. commercial real estate, the big trouble hasn’t even started.

“I think it’s going to be a two-headed monster,” said Pat Jackson, chief executive officer and founderof Sabal Capital Partners in Irvine, Calif., of the outlook for struggling commercial buildings.

“Some assets are going to recover and do well. Obviously, we’re very bullish on multifamily over the long term,” said Jackson, a lender and investor in billions of dollars’ worth of battered assets in the last recession. “On the flip side, there’s a lot of distress, and it’s coming.”

Jackson sees properties running “out of runway” after almost a year of business disruption. And while the government races to distribute vaccines, lockdowns in the U.S. have ramped back up in the colder months as COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations and deaths have soared.

The resurgence of the novel coronavirus has stoked fears that a V-shaped economic recovery is now out of reach, while also spurring concern that banking regulators, worried about potentially spiraling risks to the financial system, might crack down on banks and others exposed to souring real estate.

Elon Musk is leaving Silicon Valley for Texas. These millionaires and companies are joining him

CNN – Silicon Valley has been the epicenter of the tech industry for decades, starting in 1938 when Bill Hewlett and David Packard started tinkering in a Palo Alto garage.

But that may be changing. Perhaps the most striking evidence of that: A descendant of the company they founded, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), will move its headquarters to Texas. On Friday, another longtime Silicon Valley stalwart, Oracle (ORCL), announced plans to join them, saying it will relocate its headquarters to Austin.

A string of high profile tech investors and executives are leaving San Francisco, too: Last week, Elon Musk said he has moved to Texas after selling his Bel Air homes earlier this year.

Such moves are to be expected during the pandemic, when people are working from home anyway. Several tech firms have said they’ll give employees the option to permanently work from home even after the pandemic ends.

But the relocation of corporate headquarters, company founders and big-name VC investors points to a corporate diaspora of the tech industry — and what some have called a “tech exodus” from the Bay Area.

Some who have already left San Francisco complained of mismanagement of the city and state. Though it’s not clear what exactly they’re referring to, California has implemented Covid-19 related restrictions that some in tech — particularly Musk — were critical of (though others in the industry took the opposite tack). Florida and Texas, by comparison, have applied somewhat less stringent restrictions.

Doomsday bunker firm says Covid has fueled 2,000% rise in interest with customers terrified of government collapse

The Sun – DEMAND for Doomsday bunkers has soared by 2,000 per cent amid rising fears of mass panic during the spiraling coronavirus pandemic.

Some families have already quit their homes and moved underground as they prepare for the “worst-case scenario” and the collapse of society.

Robert Vicino launched the sprawling Vivos xPoint project more than a decade ago in South Dakota.

It’s a former US Army depot which has more than 500 off-grid bunkers capable of housing around 5,000 people.

The forward-thinking firm also has smaller facilities in Indiana and Germany.

Vivos – billed as the “world’s largest bunker survival community” – is now reporting a 500 per cent increase in business over the last year.

However, enquiries from those looking to move underground has surged by 2,000 per cent.

Vivos now has nearly one million members around the world – and at least 1,000 based in the UK.

Described as an “epic humanitarian survival project,” Vicino says he first had the idea for the shelters nearly four decades ago.

“The motivation came in 1982,” he told Nine.com.au “It was a voice that I had in my head.

“The voice said I needed to build large, deep, underground bunkers to save thousands of people from something that’s coming our way.

“And in 2007 I got a very, very strong feeling that I had to proceed. Something was coming, and it was coming soon, and the world was going to feel a lot of chaos.”

According to Vicino, the bunkers can sustain life for at least a year, with deep underground wells providing fresh water, filters purifying the air, and even the capacity to grow fresh food.

“These facilities are fully stocked, they’ve got gyms, small surgical clinics, even a jail,” he revealed.

“If someone needs to be detained, maybe because they’re just losing it psychologically, we can do that.

Russian government hackers are behind a broad espionage campaign that has compromised U.S. agencies, including Treasury and Commerce

MSN – Russian government hackers breached the Treasury and Commerce departments, along with other U.S. government agencies, as part of a global espionage campaign that stretches back months, according to people familiar with the matter. Officials were scrambling over the weekend to assess the nature and extent of the intrusions and implement effective countermeasures, but initial signs suggested the breach was long-running and significant, the people familiar with the matter said.

The Russian hackers, known by the nicknames APT29 or Cozy Bear, are part of that nation’s foreign intelligence service, the SVR, and they breached email systems in some cases, said the people familiar with the intrusions, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter. The same Russian group hacked the State Department and the White House email servers during the Obama administration.

The FBI is investigating the campaign, which may have begun as early as spring, and had no comment Sunday. The victims have included government, consulting, technology, telecom, and oil and gas companies in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, according to FireEye, a cyber firm that itself was breached.

The Russian Embassy in Washington on Sunday called the reports of Russian hacking “baseless.” In a statement on Facebook it said, “attacks in the information space contradict” Russian foreign policy and national interests. “Russia does not conduct offensive operations” in the cyber domain. All of the organizations were breached through the update server of a network management system made by the firm SolarWinds, FireEye said in a blog post Sunday.

Vitamin C Treatment for COVID-19 Being Silenced

Mercola – Dr. Andrew Saul, editor-in-chief of the Orthomolecular Medicine News Service, presents valuable information on the importance of vitamin C for disease treatment, including COVID-19

Vitamin C at extremely high doses acts as an antiviral drug, actually killing viruses.

Saul states that, based on decades of expert research and clinical usage, the coronavirus pandemic can be dramatically slowed, or stopped, with the immediate widespread use of high doses of vitamin C.

Facebook has blocked much of Saul’s information relating to vitamin C and COVID-19, claiming it’s false, based on the opinion of anonymous fact-checkers, most of whom have no formal medical training.

The government of Shanghai, China, officially recommends treating COVID-19 with intravenous vitamin C at a dose of 200 mg per kg of body weight per day; the protocol was published by the Chinese Medical Association.

Saul believes vitamin C is the most important “crisis therapy” for those who find themselves in the intensive care unit, extremely ill and at risk of dying from COVID-19, as well as the least expensive preventive for the general public.

>> Check out Purely-C, which provides the unique powers of natural vitamin C.  Low dose natural vitamin C is the natural non-chemical way to consume vitamin C. There is no synthetic vitamin C in Purely-C.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Reverses Signs of Aging

Mercola – Researchers from Tel Aviv University have been exploring the benefits of exposure to high-pressure oxygen at different concentrations inside a pressure chamber for years, with studies showing such treatments improved stroke, brain injury and brain function that was damaged by aging.

A recent study suggests hyperbaric oxygen treatment (HBOT) targets two cellular hallmarks of aging — shortening of telomeres and cellular senescence, or the loss of a cell’s ability to divide and grow — helping to reverse signs of the aging process in humans.

After HBOT, telomeres at the end of chromosomes grew longer instead of shorter, at a rate of 20% to 38% depending on the type of cell.

Senescent cells decreased significantly, by 11% to 37% depending on cell type, after HBOT.

The use of telomere length as a marker for aging is in itself controversial, and the study sample was small, with some suggesting the results should be interpreted with caution; however, other experts agree HBOT can have significant benefits for longevity and chronic conditions.

Doctors Around the World Issue Dire WARNING: DO NOT GET THE COVID VACCINE!!

Health Impact News – In an effort to combat Big Pharma Corporate Media and Big Tech censorship, doctors around the world are frantically trying to warn the masses of the devastating effects of the experimental COVID vaccines about to be mass injected into the unsuspecting public assisted by military forces around the world.

What could possibly motivate these doctors, nurses, scientists, and other health professionals to make such an impassioned plea? What do they have to gain by taking the time to educate the public on the hidden dangers of a new class of vaccine about to be inflicted upon the citizens of countries around the world?

They have NOTHING TO GAIN, and much to lose, including their careers, and possibly even their lives.

So why are they doing this? Why are these doctors and professionals being censored so much if the new COVID vaccines are in fact “safe and effective”? What is it that the media and the government are hiding that they don’t want the public to know?

They are doing this because they are doctors and scientists who actually understand the REAL science here, and who know the devastating potential consequences of those who choose to get this very toxic and dangerous vaccine, and they are trying to save as many people as possible from the carnage this vaccine is going to cause, which will include DEATH, brain injuries, life-long autoimmune disease, infertility, and more.

Please watch this video and their urgent pleas, and then share it with as many people as you can, because time is short!
