Trump deals another blow to Obamacare

The administration is taking the first step toward implementing one of the most important planks of conservative health-care reform: allowing the sale of health insurance across state lines.  The Department of Labor published Friday in the Federal Register a proposed rule to expand the offering of small business health plans, also known as association health plans, reported InsuranceNewsNet.  Under the proposal, small businesses and sole proprietors would have more freedom to band together to provide health insurance for employees.
