Trump Says Election Will Be Decided After November 3, ‘Thank You Very Much Supreme Court’
Newsweek – President Donald Trump told attendees at two Pennsylvania campaign rallies Saturday that vote-counting after November 3 will be “bedlam” rife with cheating. He thanked and ridiculed the Supreme Court following a decision this week to count ballots postmarked by Election Day, even if they arrive three days after Tuesday’s contest.
Trump rebuked claims he and Republicans “control the Supreme Court” after the justices upheld a September 17 ruling by Pennsylvania’s top court that allows mail-in ballots to be counted up to three days after November 3. Trump appeared to sarcastically thank the Supreme Court justices for allowing a similar exception in North Carolina. Trump told Reading, Pennsylvania, rally attendees, “If we win, if we win on Tuesday or, thank you very much Supreme Court, shortly thereafter, if we win, let me tell you,” before alleging election officials may suddenly “find” 10,000 new ballots—the same amount he won the state of Michigan by in 2016.
Trump said Pennsylvania and other states may be “waiting for weeks” for a result—a time period he claims Democrats will use to “cheat.”
“I wish the Supreme Court treated us as well, frankly. That was some decision that was made, right? Let’s not listen to the decision, most important election in the history of our country, November 3. Let’s not wait, November 3, let’s extend the date, let’s give people more time to put their ballots in,” Trump said Saturday.
Mark Levin: Let’s Not Pretend Any of This is Normal
Breitbart – Conservative radio host and litigator Mark Levin wrote Wednesday morning that many of the voting procedures that contributed to the unusual result in the 2020 election were both extraordinary and unacceptable.
In a Facebook post, Levin wrote:
Let’s step back. I’ve been hearing commentators trying to normalize all these changes to voting procedures and court interventions and acting like this has gone on throughout our history or was compelled by the virus. That’s clearly not true. Mail-in voting was pushed hard by the Democrats and they’ve filed scores of lawsuits to change the rules set by state legislatures. Unfortunately, activist courts have been more than happy to accommodate many of them and the Supreme Court failed to put its foot down. No, none of us recall a time like this when so many crucial state counts are delayed. There’s also a legitimate concern about backdoor voter harvesting in some areas. And we know for a fact that cities like Philadelphia have a problematic history. So let’s not pretend that this has been a routine election. Many of the same forces that rejected Trump’s 2016 election have tried to manipulate the system this time as well.
As of the time Levin wrote, the presidential race was undecided, with additional mail-in ballots threatening to tip the balance in the Electoral College narrowly to former Vice President Joe Biden over President Donald Trump.
Franklin Graham: ‘Pray for Our Nation and This Election’

Trump Campaign: If We Count All Legal Ballots, President Trump Wins
Breitbart – President Donald Trump’s campaign detailed Wednesday their path to victory in the election as the president clung to slim margins in important swing states.
“If we count all legally cast ballots, we believe the president will win,” Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien said in a phone call with reporters on Wednesday.
The path to victory, Stepien said, included Nevada, where the campaign expected Trump to win by 5,500, would win Arizona by 30,000 votes, and would win Pennsylvania by 40,000.
The campaign said they expected to continue maintaining their lead in Georgia and that the slim margin in Wisconsin put the state within the likelihood of a recount.
“We want to make sure all the legally cast ballots are counted, we also want to make sure that illegally ballots are not counted,” Trump campaign senior advisor Jason Miller said.
Nevada: No More Election Results Expected Until Thursday

Ballots outstanding is difficult to estimate in Nevada because every voter was sent a mail ballot. Obviously, not all will vote.
Nevada’s state legislature changed the Silver State’s election laws in August to automatically mail absentee ballots to all registered voters and allow for ballot harvesting. President Donald Trump’s campaign and the Nevada GOP subsequently filed a lawsuit to challenge the election law changes.
On Tuesday, a Nevada judge denied the Trump campaign’s lawsuit which sought to temporarily halt counting of mail-in voting in Clark County, which includes Las Vegas.
NaturalNews – Trump won the election last night, taking Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and North Carolina, among anchor states like Florida and Texas.

But in the middle of the night Democrats went to work stealing the election by fabricating fake voting numbers in Michigan and Wisconsin.
To carry out the fraud, the Dems shut down vote reporting until 3:30 am, and then magically out of nowhere, Biden jumped up 200,000 votes without a single vote for Trump. This is the rigging under way.
And in Michigan, the vote magically jumped up 138,000 for Biden in the middle of the night, without a single new vote for Trump. It’s rigged!
Journalists, Verified Leftists Melt Down on Social Media over Trump Election Remarks
Breitbart – President Donald Trump spoke in the early hours of Nov 4, declaring he is on course to win the 2020 election, and promising to take any contested result to the Supreme Court.
Journalists from the corporate media as well as NeverTrump pundits took to Twitter to express their outrage in response.
“This is the equivalent of seizing the radio station and broadcasting propaganda,” wrote podcaster and former Obama staffer Ben Rhodes.
“An outrageous, authoritarian lie,” was CNN White House correspondent John Harwood’s assessment of Trump’s claims of victory.
“This is what dictators do. Stop.” said NBC News presidential historian Michael Beschloss.
“This is unbelievable” said Piers Morgan.
“An unprecedented assault on American democracy, demanding millions of Americans are denied their votes, & it’s an absolute disgrace,” continued Morgan.
“Disgusting and shameful,” said NeverTrump pundit Jonah Goldberg.
President Trump is “attacking the legal and legitimate voting process,” said NBC White House correspondent Geoff Bennett.
“President Trump has falsely claimed he won the 2020 election,” said an NPR account.
“If there was ever a moment for Trump’s most shameless enablers—you know who you are—to draw a line and defend the institutions of our country, this would be it,” said MSNBC chief political correspondent Tim Alberta.
“The president is subverting democracy. He is attempting to delegitimize hundreds of thousands of legally cast votes.”
“It’s the worst possible lie from a sitting president, claiming victory before all of the ballots are counted,” said MSNBC legal analyst Joyce Alene.
“This is why people are boarding up the stores,” said CBS This Morning host Gayle King.
Pollsters repeat 2016 failure in 2020 disaster
WND – Conservative political commentator Dan Bongino on election night said there was one thing on which probably everyone could agree.
“One call we can ALL make right now is that many POLLSTERS SUCK!” he wrote on Twitter.
There was evidence to back his opinion.
This time, heading into Election Day, Biden had an average lead of 10 points nationally. An ABC-Washington Post just before the vote had Biden ahead by 17 points in Wisconsin, which is too close to call.
A Quinnipiac poll indicated Biden had a 5-point lead over Trump in Florida, which Trump won by 3 points, and Biden a 4-point lead over the president in Ohio, which Trump won by 8 points.
Pollsters blamed their failure on an increasing unwillingness of the public to declare their support for conservative candidates.
But pollsters who factored in the Trump “shy” vote, such as Robert Cahaly of the Trafalgar Group, predicted the president’s strong performance.
“It’s been this relentless barrage of hatred toward President Trump and the complete assumption Biden was going to walk it,” said Fox News election analyst Steve Hilton.
“Because of the incredible degree of hate that’s been directed to President Trump and his supporters by nearly all the media,” he said, “you’ve got this situation … where people didn’t necessarily want to admit to pollsters who they were supporting because it was socially embarrassing to do so.”
Another factor was how the pollsters weigh the populations they sample, tending to survey more Democrats.
DailyMail.com noted Economist/YouGov poll had expected a Biden victory, 53-43. IBD/TIPP forecast 53-46, Reuters-Ipsos 52-43, USC Dornsife 54-43, CNBC-Change Research 52-42, Quinnipiac 50-39, and Rasmussen was the closest, 48-47 for Biden.
“If all you hear day in and day out that Trump is an evil, racist monster, then it’s going to make it less likely you admit to supporting him, including to pollsters,” Hilton said. “And they haven’t really taken that into account at all.”
Robert Cahaly, who predicted President Trump’s victory in 2016 by factoring in the “shy” vote, saw Trump winning in 2020.
Clinton cast off Trump’s base as “deplorables,” and it was even worse this time, he said.
“This year had more things where you can get punished for expressing an opinion outside the mainstream than almost any year I can think of in modern history,” Cahaly said.
The attacks have included getting beat up for wearing a Trump hat and harassed for having a sticker on their car, he said.
Fox News’ Tucker Carlson said the failure of the pollsters is telling.
“The most basic question the polls raise: Is this a free country? If you’re afraid to express a political view in public – you could be fired for it, banished for it – is that a free society? The answer is, of course, not.”
Pollster Frank Luntz admitted before the election that if the pollsters got it wrong in 2020, the industry likely “is done.”
Dems keep House, GOP holds key Senate seats
NBC – In what could be a disappointing night for Democrats, the chances of their taking the Senate fell as Republican incumbents held seats.
Democrats will maintain control of the House of Representatives, NBC News projects, but their path to taking control of the Senate narrowed as numerous Republican incumbents fended off strong opposition.
Democrats, who were winning fewer House seats than they had hoped, failed to pick up some of the Senate seats they were banking on. Democratic hopes for a big night were dashed up and down the ballot, as President Donald Trump outperformed his polls against Joe Biden.
Black Lives Matter Activist Cori Bush Wins in Missouri
Breitbart – Democrat candidate Cori Bush, a Black Lives Matter activist, won the race to represent Missouri’s 1st Congressional District on Tuesday and will become the state’s first black congresswoman.
Bush won 84 percent of votes in her race, defeating Republican nominee Anthony Rogers.
Ready to rumble? Piles of bricks suddenly appearing in U.S. cities
WND -Earlier in the year as leftists such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter rioted in cities across the U.S., there were reports that piles of bricks had appeared on street corners just before the violence began.
The Daily Caller News Foundation reported police in Kansas City had found bricks and rocks “staged” near protest sites.
Similar piles were found in other cities, where rioters broke windows and assaulted law enforcement officers.
Now, as tensions rise on Election Day, photos of brick stockpiles are appearing on social media.
One was accompanied by the message: “Remember similar staged bricks and other rioting materials were pre-positions in summer riots. If you SEE something like this – report it to police.
Oregon becomes first state to decriminalize hard drugs like heroin and cocaine
Fox – Oregon became the first state to decriminalize hard drugs like heroin, cocaine and meth in a 59-41% vote as of early Wednesday morning, according to the Associated Press.
The “Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act” will transition Oregon’s drug policy from a punitive, criminal approach to “a humane, cost-effective, health approach.”
“People suffering from addiction are more effectively treated with health care services than with criminal punishments,” the bill reads. “A health care approach includes a health assessment to figure out the needs of people who are suffering from addiction, and it includes connecting them to the services they need.”
Instead of treating drug users as criminals, Oregon will now offer them addiction services funded by marijuana tax revenue, which is more than $100 million a year in the state.
Only small amounts of drugs are decriminalized, such as less than 1 gram of heroin or MDMA; 2 grams of cocaine or methamphetamine; 12 grams of psilocybin mushrooms; and 40 doses of LSD, oxycodone or methadone.
Criminal penalties for possession of these amounts are replaced with a fine of up to $100, which can be waived if the user is evaluated at Addiction Recovery Centers.

Turkey fines social media companies $1.18 million for failing to comply with new content removal law
RT – Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube have been fined 10 million lira ($1.18 million) by Turkish authorities for not complying with a new social media law, according to the country’s deputy transport and infrastructure minister.
The tech firms were punished for non-compliance after they failed to remove content and appoint a local representative to handle any concerns the country’s government has about material posted on their platforms, Minister Omer Fatih Sayan, whose department oversees the implementation of the law, said on Wednesday.
“Foreign companies operating in Turkey that reach more than one million people daily have been told about some of the rules they need to comply with,” Sayan posted in a thread on Twitter.
Police Will Pilot a Program to Live Stream Amazon Ring Cameras
Activist Post – This is not a drill. Red alert: The police surveillance center in Jackson, Mississippi, will be conducting a 45-day pilot program to live stream the Amazon Ring cameras of participating residents.
Since Ring first made a splash in the private security camera market, we’ve been warning of its potential to undermine the civil liberties of its users and their communities. We’ve been especially concerned with Ring’s 1,000+ partnerships with local police departments, which facilitate bulk footage requests directly from users without oversight or having to acquire a warrant.
While people buy Ring cameras and put them on their front door to keep their packages safe, police use them to build comprehensive CCTV camera networks blanketing whole neighborhoods. This serves two police purposes. First, it allows police departments to avoid the cost of buying surveillance equipment and to put that burden onto consumers by convincing them they need cameras to keep their property safe. Second, it evades the natural reaction of fear and distrust that many people would have if they learned police were putting up dozens of cameras on their block, one for every house.Now, our worst fears have been confirmed. Police in Jackson, Mississippi, have started a pilot program that would allow Ring owners to patch the camera streams from their front doors directly to a police Real Time Crime Center. The footage from your front door includes you coming and going from your house, your neighbors taking out the trash, and the dog walkers and delivery people who do their jobs in your street. In Jackson, this footage can now be live streamed directly onto a dozen monitors scrutinized by police around the clock. Even if you refuse to allow your footage to be used that way, your neighbor’s camera pointed at your house may still be transmitting directly to the police.
